Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the products you receive, you may initiate a return request within 60 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and labels intact. Products that have been opened, used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return.
Return Process
To start a return, please visit the Contact page on our website and submit a return request, including your order number, the reason for return and clear photos of the products. Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address.
Please note that while we cover all shipping fees for original deliveries, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part (such as sending the wrong product).
Refund Process & Timeframe
Once we receive and inspect the returned products (which usually takes 3-5 business days), we will confirm the eligibility for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's processing rules.
Refunds will be issued in United States Dollars (USD), which is the unified currency used on our website. We will refund the full purchase price of the returned products, excluding any return shipping fees (unless otherwise specified).
